VIVEK AND MOHINI 

EPISODE 3:

She planned to buy a bungalow with five bedrooms. On the right side of it, will be a very vast stretch of land in which she'll cultivate a wide array of vegetables,  fruits, ayurvedic herbs and dry fruits. These will be sold in the market fully professionally packed. These products will be sold in the cities and exported too. Her confidence was something that captivated her husband, uncle and aunt. Vivek immediately said yes with a broad smile. He being a successful businessman himself thought, 'wow what an idea, what a wife I have!' Vivek after one week, went back to Mumbai. But Mohini and the kids stayed there for full four months. Each and everything happened just like the plan she made. She took a photo of herself with the massive statue of Lord Shiva clearly visible  in the backdrop. She got two physical copies of the photo. One she kept in her Mumbai home prayer room and the other in the Murudeshwar office- her cabin wall. She did it because the Shiva statue gave her peace and mental strength.
        After four years, Mohini-Vivek were among the most successful in Murudeshwar. Mohini used to visit Murudeshwar every two months for three days to take care of her business there.
     Then one night when Mohini and Vivek were fast asleep at 2:30 am her mobile rang. Even though the ringtone rang very loudly, she didn't wake up. She was in deep sleep. When the ringtone rang the third time, Vivek picked it up. The call was an emergency. There was a massive fire which broke out in the fields and the adjoining godown. Vivek woke Mohini up and both of them immediately rushed to Murudeshwar. The fire brigade reached just one hour before they reached there. When Mohini saw personally, what had happened to her crops and godown, tears started flowing down her cheeks. Vivek comforted her. He could smell petrol in the farms. He didn't tell about it to anyone. He, without informing anyone went to the police station alone and in a rickshaw. He told about petrol smell to them. Within a few minutes, the forensic team of the police reached there. Very meticulously they gathered the details. After three days  they disclosed the details to Vivek. It was that the fire had deliberately been put by smearing petrol all over the crops and godown. They first thought that they could get all the information from the CCTV cameras. But the security said that the CCTV cameras were not working. Still the forensic team took all the CCTV cameras over there which were not working. After three days, the police informed Vivek that all of the CCTV cameras smelt again of foul play. Some had some or the other crucial parts missing in them. One thing that was clear was that, it was not at all possible that the parts just disappeared into thin air. It was clear now before the police, lawyers, Vivek and Mohini that there was foul play.

As they left, there was a very big smile on Mohini and Vivek's face. The matter was closed outside court. With the massive compensation amount, each and everything in her company was remade. Within a few months, work restarted in her fields. Everything became normal again. After meeting the psychiatrist, the child felt better and more confident about life and parents. The family jetted off to a quick  rejuvenating trip to Kashmir and came back after one week. Of course the child was very very happy.      It was the twins' tenth birthday. The birthday was celebrated with much fanfare. Monty received two books as gift from their neighbour Vijay Sethi. 'All the basics and step-by-step guide to coding' and 'kids guide to create a computer program'. He was doing his PhD in robotics from Mumbai University.
